1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Stratipy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stratipy provides a plug-and-play AI agent platform that allows you to deploy AI strategies to your applications via our API and React SDK. The Service includes the dashboard, API, documentation, and related tools.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys and password secure.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users.
  • Use the AI capabilities to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. API keys and security

Secret keys (sk_*) grant full access to your app and must never be exposed in client-side code. Publishable keys (pk_*) are domain-locked and safe for browser use. You are responsible for any activity performed using your keys.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and data you create through the Service. Stratipy retains ownership of the platform, API, documentation, and branding.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Data security

Workspace files you upload to the Service (identity, knowledge, and process files) are private to your app. They are not shared with other users or used for any purpose outside of powering your deployed strategies.

  • Encryption at rest: All workspace files are stored on Cloudflare R2, which encrypts data at rest using AES-256 encryption by default.
  • Encryption in transit: All communication between your browser, our servers, and the storage layer is encrypted via TLS.
  • Tenant isolation: Workspace files are scoped to your app. Access is authenticated and verified on every request to prevent cross-app access.
  • Deletion: When you delete a file or app, the associated data is permanently removed from storage.

Important: When a conversation takes place, relevant workspace file content is sent as context to the underlying AI model to generate responses. This means your file content is processed by the AI provider during active conversations. Files remain encrypted at rest when not in use.

9. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratipy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable EU member state.
