Stratipy ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI agent platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and services at stratipy.com.

  • Account data — name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
  • App data — application names, host domains, and API key hashes you create through the dashboard.
  • Session data — session tokens, IP address, and user agent for authentication.
  • Consent records — timestamps of when you accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and marketing preferences.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Stratipy platform.
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your sessions.
  • To communicate service updates and, with your consent, marketing information.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract — processing your account and app data is necessary to provide the service.
  • Consent — marketing communications are only sent with your explicit opt-in.
  • Legitimate interest — session data for security and fraud prevention.

5. Data storage and hosting

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Railway europe-west4, Netherlands). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless required by law or with appropriate safeguards in place.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, sessions, and app records are permanently removed within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — delete your account and all associated data.
  • Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).
  • Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time.
